e-Business International garners the recommendations of our talented consultants through our employee and project referral programs. Our referral programs encourage company growth and afford consultants the opportunity to earn additional bonuses.
Project referrals
If a consultant is instrumental in extending a project, he or she will be entitled to a portion of the negotiated extension package. In addition, if a consultant establishes a new relationship with an existing or potential client, he or she will be entitled to a percentage of generated profits.

Employee referrals
e-Business International Inc’s - Employee Referral Program provides a monetary incentive for existing employees to refer qualified external candidates that are hired for permanent positions.

All Ebusiness International Inc employees, by following the existing standard procedures are eligible except Corporate Human Resources employees and Department level HR/Personnel staff.

Eligible Candidates:
Only external candidates are eligible for consideration. Temporary workers and independent contractors on assignment to Ebusiness International Inc are considered internal. Former Ebusiness International Inc employees or independent contractors are eligible if it has been more than six months since their break in service with Ebusiness International Inc.

External candidates who have previously applied and are in an active status in the Ebusiness International Inc applicant tracking system may be eligible if they are referred for a specific position(s). Recruited resumes obtained either via job fairs or advertisements are not eligible.

Referrals will be honored for six months from the original referral date.

Reward:
A $1000 bonus will be paid to eligible employees after 3 months of hiring the referred applicant when the following criteria have been met:

Referring Ebusiness International Inc employee must be employed at time of referral and time of payments. Referred applicant must also be employed by Ebusiness International Inc at time of payments.

Procedure:
Employees must follow the described procedures to submit a referral for an open position to be eligible for the program. The resume needs to be submitted to the HR department at hr@ebintl.com

Employees participating in the program should be aware that referral bonuses are considered income and may be subject to appropriate taxes. Human Resources will initiate the bonus payment process after an eligible referred candidate has been hired and has been employed for the required amount of time.

Ebusiness International Incs Human Resource department reserves the right to interpret, suspend, alter, revoke or terminate this program in its entirety or any portion thereof at any time.
